At Thornton Academy

The Chenette Scholarship Fund provides college scholarships to Maine students to empower the next generation of civic minded leaders. Since 2015, they’ve provided over $5,000 worth of scholarships to students.
The goal is to expand this scholarship program statewide in the coming years depending on available resources.
